VV50 3-par is a cassette designed for maximum flexibility and ease of use during roll and tool changes. The outer pair can be loosened with just four screws and slid aside without lifting equipment, minimizing downtime and simplifying frequent maintenance.
The cassette uses gear drive on the lower shaft and includes a spindle-adjustable upper shaft with position indicators for precise settings. Pre-drilled holes on the base plate make it easy to add accessories like guide rollers or extra forming pairs.
