We work in Copra RF and can, if desired, also complement the work with simulations before final manufacturing takes place.
We have also built our own roll forming machine to be able to commission customers' new roll sets in cassettes before delivery. This reduces the time needed in the customer's production machine for commissioning.
We can immediately do this when complementing with cassettes of Ortic standard types VV40, VV50, VV63/70.
If the customer requires commissioning in other cassettes, such as from another supplier, certain adjustments may be required, and this must be investigated on a case-by-case basis.
All to facilitate the commissioning process and minimize production downtime.
