VV70 is our largest and most robust roll forming cassette, designed for sheet thicknesses from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm. With a maximum strip width of 300 mm and a top speed of 30 meters per minute, it is perfect for heavy-duty profiles and complex forming tasks.
Like the VV63, it includes three forming pairs, gear drive, and spindle-adjustable upper shafts with position indicators. Optional features such as automatic deburring and lifting make it ideal for handling thick materials. Its compatibility with VV50 and VV63 cassettes ensures versatile production capabilities.
